Lakeside are committed to training new teachers to work in special education. To this end we run a schools' direct teacher training programme. If you have a good 2.1 degree in a subject that will inform education you will be able to work at Lakeside as an unqualified teacher and complete a years' training linked to the University of Hertfordshire, as a primary teacher.
